    Sorry for the confusion. I meant that when I exported out the .aep to .swf, I selected the Loop Option. However, what I was trying to accomplish (and did so) was to have the animation run the 07:00 seconds of the timeline from the In point to the Out point, then reverse and run the timeline backwards back to the beginning In point at 0:00. After exporting to the .swf file, it would simply loop and continue over and over. What I ended up doing is adding another composition of the footage, then reversing the comp and in effect having a 0:00 – 14:00 seconds total animation. Once that appeared smoothly, upon exporting to the .swf file, it ran as expected, while looping and running over and over. Sure there is a much easier way to accomplish this, but that is what I came up with as a resolution.
