I would use Deshaker. Google / YouTube it. I’ve had better luck with that than warp stabiliser for time lapse.

I’ll try the auto levels that Michael has suggested above and see how that goes.

The flash is half way through the 8 second clip. It’s obvious so just need to smooth it to be less obvious.
