    Thanks for the reply John. Yes I have double checked. I did set the dual-layer correctly. I also tried burning direct to disc and also got an error “please check to see if your boot volume has enough free space”. I have 805GB free on my boot volume. The projected size of the blu ray is 32.4GB. How much free boot space do you think it wants exactly?
