Christian, any luck? Same here, read at least half of the internet till now. Useless.
Even delete / recompose all presets. Even new premiere profile.
Select ‘transcode’ at ingest preset, import custom preset, the drop down switches to ‘create proxy’.

And if I switch back to ‘transcode’, the preset I just imported dosn’t even appears in the ‘Preset’ But if I try to re import it, Prremiere asks me if I want to overwrite it.
