I’m curious as to what was done in regards to the upgrade/or non-upgrade as well. I’m in a similar situation as was Carlos but have yet to make the leap with Matrox. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks guys.

Were you able to get any help? Seems my AE v6.5 app is not collecting at all, just the generate txt file option. I was wondering if you were able to find a fix and if my woes are yours as well. Any help would be much appreciated.
Here’s what I keep running into…notice the greyed-out boxes for the other options. I’m sure it’s just a button, knob, or switch…but what?
