    Hi Everyone,

Im on windows 7 using cs4, I’m having media encoder problems.. it’s taking forever to encode then eventually gives up some way through with an ‘error’. Very frustrating.. As I’m reading most of you are on macs so I’m not sure if same applies to me. if I try the plugin option is the title of the folder I’m looking for ‘media core’ I couldn’t find that however I did find a folder called ‘media’ I looked in there, they are mostly audio wav files I tried to move them to a different folder but it said I need to get permission.. and I don’t know how to do that.. A question, is this on the right track? If it is, how do I get permission to move the files it doesn’t tell me how I am to do this..
Any help would be much appreciated,

    Thank you,

    Stacey
