    Thanks for your answer,
About the camera, I understood that it is a problematic camera only after I bought it! For now, I am stuck with it… but it also bring good things, that is why I started editting with vegas, for example.
Vegas is supporting vob files and makes it possible to edit such format. (it import it as mpg files).

I have tried to connect all the chapters with flick dvd but the quality was impossible to watch.
Do you have more ideas of how to turn 40 into 1
    Cheers!

I have tried to put a few vegas files together but surprisingly it reduced the quality.
I have a sony camera that record on a small cd as vob files. When I import from the camera to the computer with vegas, it makes it saves it as mpg files. is there a way to import it as avi. I couldn’t see a place to change the settings while importing from the camera.
    Thanks for your help

    Hi,
    I have 40 veg. files which I rendered to 40 mpeg-2 files.
It’s on sony vegas 8 if I haven’t mentioned it.
If I import all the mpeg files into one vegas project and render it, it will reduce the quality. I also tried to import a few vegas files into one and it also reduced the quality when I rendered it.
    Thanks for helping!
