  • Hi Jawad,

If you just want to detect beats in your audio then BeatEdit, which is a plugin for Premiere Pro, would be a great option in my opinion.

However, the other suggested tools are also good for this task.

BeatEdit will detect beats and place markers on the timeline.

    Hello Jeff,

The problem might be because the file size is huge, like a whopping 582 gigs. VEGAS will also need huge space to run and preview that footage inside the software. Your computer’s C drive, where it stores stuff, only has 237 gigs of free space left. So, the lack of space on the C drive could be the reason it can’t open the file.

In my opinion, compressing the footage with any compression tools or cutting the entire footage into smaller videos and then opening them in Vegas one by one would be appropriate.

    Hope this can help.

    Hello Jawad,

You can’t directly integrate new plugins, such as the new AI-Driven Upscale, AI Style Transfer, AI-Enhanced Z-Depth, or Text-to-Speech into Vegas Pro 16. The only way to access these new plugins is by upgrading to the latest version, [VEGAS Pro 21]. Once you upgrade your VEGAS Pro, these plugins will automatically install for free within the software. Here are some AI plugins for vegas pro that I found.

However, you can integrate third-party plugins like Mocha Pro and Neat Video into Vegas pro 16 without upgrading the software.

    Hope this helps.
