    Thank you for the tip but I fear it didn’t work.

    I downsized the images to 1920×1080 and when FCP downscale them again I downsized the images, again, to 1080×720 but encounter the same problem! I tried to open new projects, use different images and even tried After Effects but I’m useless with it and have no idea how to operate it as an editing software. I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing wrong!

    As soon as I drag the images to the timeline they get re-sized to about 400×300 which is just crazy! Is it perhaps a problem with the settings? I have Adobe Premier, After Effects and Avid Media Composer but I’m just so useless with all of them compared to FCP and encounter different, more annoying problems with each.
