Ok so firstly i would like to thank you all for your helpful advice. Secondly i have altered my build to the following:
AsRock X99 Extreme3
Intel Core i7-5960X
8GB Gigabyte R9 390 G1 Gaming
G-Skill Ripjaws 32GB 2400MHz (8×4)
Samsung 850 EVO M.2 120GB
Seagate NAS 3TB ST3000VN000
Corsair H110 280mm
Fractal Design Tesla R2 1000W

So as you can see i havent changed much, the only thing is the processor. The reason is that 4k is not an immediate plan but something that is going to happen in the future so therefor an ssd is not needed for 1080p editing so i am going to wait until ssd’s get cheaper and larger so when i start 4k editing im going to purchase an appropriate ssd. Also the price on this build is already much higher than anticipated therefore i have not gone for the 390X.
