I am a Cinematographer based in Edinburgh.
Following my dream of becoming a respected and excellent cinematographer, I came to Scotland in September 2013.
I recently finished my Master's in Cinematography, with distinction, at Screen Academy Scotland. Prior to this course I did my BA in Cinematography and Media.
I have 4 years of experience as a Cinematographer. In the summer of 2014 I took part at JUMPCUT, as a Camera Assistant of Arri Alexa from Screen Academy Scotland, and I also worked as a Focus Puller on their film. After that I had the opportunity to work as a camera trainee for Teacup Travels, a BBC production.
After I graduated I worked on 3 documentaries (10' each) as a Cinematographer, two of them for Soil Association Scotland and the third one for the Scottish Government.
During November and December 2014, I worked as a Cinematographer on I am Anna, a 92' low-budget feature film shot in Edinburgh, directed by Timo Langer.
I have experience with high-end equipment such as Alexa, Blackmagic, Sony, ARRI Master Primes, Cooke S4, RED Ultra Primes, but also with DSLRs and film cameras. I also have a steadicam operator certificate earned during my BA course in Film.
My portfolio also includes work on low-budget short films (3 as a Cinematographer and the rest of them as focus puller or camera trainee/dit), over 30 student films (over 15 as a Cinematographer), a couple of short documentaries, a medium-length film, music videos, corporate work, ads and weddings.
