im going crazy here.
the problem has to do with the comp settings and the resolution im sure, i dont know what to do to get it sharp at a resolution of 600×420. its a simple text thats moving over a image file… after effects should be able to do that.

what are the steps that you guys take to create something like this with a sharp result?
