Since I can remember, designing and building has been my passion. I was Sewing at 6 years, painting at 8. I quit watching T.V. and dropped out of high-school, took the GED and went to college at 14. Your kids should too. Aerospace machining and composite mold making at 16. St. John's College opened my mind to Economic Philosophies perceived vs. use value. Marx's 'Capital' and Amory Lovins: Natural Captalism sealed the deal, I would pursue design from every perspective my mind could envision and with every ounce of muster.
Frankly, all of these early, proto-career decisions were as professionally formative as the years in design offices… I am actively seeking a design group anywhere that will truly challenge me, and stand up for their peerless pursuit of excellence, integrity and compassion for the world around us, through design. Until then, I'm glad to work with people who make claim to even one of those goals.
