I think I found the method of restoring the contents of the tape using YoYotta, I ise the LTO TAR Restore option but it gives me an error saying “TAR restore unrecognized tape Format”. Does that mean that the tape is damaged or not well backed up?

Thank you for the replies! I got YoYotta. How can I use it to extract the LTO footage?
