Days grading already in 10.4, a dot-zero version of a major upgrade? Standard thinking among a lot of video/post professionals is not to jump on a major upgrade until some of the kinks/bugs are worked out that are inevitable in a major release.

Is this really that big of a deal? I mean if Wheels don’t work “manner that fellow video professionals have defined as the standardized norm”, can’t you just use curves or color board? Hell, just go over to Resolve. Lots of gnashing of teeth over something that most probably view as a minor “issue”, if it is one?

I am trying to figure out the same thing for my 2017 MBp.

The adapter mentioned below sounds interesting. As a side note, I also bought a HyoerDrive USBC hub, which provides a bit more elegant solution to various adapters hanging off the machine:

After watching this video, is he comparing a 4 year old computer to a new, tweaked system? Seemed like an infomercial to me. Sexy product shots, several logo shots….maybe I am mistaken. I thought he said he was using his MacPro that he got “whenever they came out”.

Took a good long look at the web site and the template provided and I don’t see why it could not create multiple favorites from a single clip. That would be a significant oversight if it could not.

Getting along good. Using it with High Sierra. Loving the new color tools, but when I save out a correction/animation to become a preset, is it normal for the preset to leave out the keyframe animation? All in all, very cool.
