It is a PSD file…but, this is the filename: Fleur EPS.psd

I’m so confused why it won’t open in C4D per tutorial instructions.

I’m having huge problems over here trying to import an client logo file into C4D…I’ve followed several outlines and tutorials on how to import this 2d logo to be turned into a 3d logo but the logo does not show up when imported. What am I missing?

Is this an issue with the original file type? Any insight our suggestions are appreciated!

Cinema 4D newb with a background in editing and modest After Effects experience. Thanks!

I have multiple bins in my project and I only want certain clips to be copied over to another drive. I’m going to have to open each individual bin and select the files I want to copy over. I can’t select files from multiple bins and have them all copy over at once can i? I’m pretty sure it’s not possible but I wanted to double check with the Creative Cow crew to make sure.

Thanks for the response. I figured out that it wouldn’t work because the cameras were not jam synced with TC. Which sucks because I just don’t like having to creating all those subclips.

Well depending on the camera that is used on our shoots and the finishing facility, for this particular project we needed to do an EDL.

Coming from an Avid based workflow, where all I did was save a bin copy as for finishing, exporting an EDL with multiple layers seemed somewhat odd to me. The whole process was very confusing to me, and seemed like it was way more complicated than it needed to be. Plus it didn’t help that I had a handful of other AEs around me all telling me different ways to do it.

I was also confused with the editor’s timeline. I couldn’t figure out which shots were the shots being used or shots that were just on the sequence and not deleted. It was a pretty messy timeline. Thanks for the advice guys!
