It isnt a capture process because of the P2. I think I may have figured it out. It is a matter of something in Premier recognizing the type of file which has been shot. I think it may be different than 60p, 60fps is playing like 30fps on my monitor but once I use the speed duration and slow the clip down I recognize that there is no frame blending and the motion looks smooth. I just dont understand why it doesnt come into Premier at 60fps. I dont know why I have to make it that way
