I started my career making the tea as well as delivering mail. Along the way I have performed a multitude of roles leading to my current position of Director Solutions Design still at the same company where I started in the mid 90’s. This journey has allowed me to experience all aspects of a large technology organisation and the challenges involved in each segment of the business has given me a unique perspective.

This bottom up career progression allows me to feel equally at home whether chatting to the cleaner at the water cooler or presenting to VP’s in a boardroom environment.

Originally from the UK and having lived and managed teams in the Middle East and Singapore I thrive in unusual and uncomfortable situations and love exploring new cultures.
