I’ve read through every post I can find on this and I’m stumped just like the last post. I downloaded the newest beta version of Mpeg Streamclip just as everyone suggested to convert 24p .mov footage shot with a Canon Vixia HFS10, but Mpeg streamclip doesn’t recognize it. I tried using Toast Titanium first but it takes forever and I’m not sure about the settings to use.

Any idea why Streamclip isn’t recognizing the .mov files? Ideally, in the end I would like to import them to FCP 6.0.6.
