Apple Keynote sounds good – however, we’re on PCs here (against my will). Keynote is Mac only, right?

We have 3D modeling programs that the architects use. This would mainly be for marketing presentation purposes – showing completed projects, maybe from rendering stage to photographed job; using text & flat graphics; and possibly adding 3D flythrough footage from SketchUp or ArchiCAD.
I was told that Premier or Encore can write clips in a DVD menu type format so that it can be interactive – like a PowerPoint slide show…?
