The inventions closest to my heart are the bicycle and the spreadsheet. I love working independently and organizing solutions to complex problems, but I also cherish collaborating with a brilliant team towards common goals. I love meeting new people, and I particularly enjoy bringing people together (I run a bi-monthly MeetUp for women who love craft beer). I am an avid learner, always on the lookout for new interests and new worlds to conquer.

Currently, I spend my spare time: knitting, doing yoga, traveling, sharing good food & great beer with my friends, and occasional spurts of passionate running (My profile picture is after running the Austin Marathon in 2010).
My daily reading is the Austin Business Journal, Wired, and the Economist; I'm especially obsessed with tech companies, urban development, and the world of startups.

I've built and managed 3 media programs from scratch, and I'd always love to helped build another one.
