    Hi!

When I worked with A7s material I converted the material to ProRes422 HQ so I didn’t work with it nativly. However I couldn’t do the conversion in DaVinci Resovle because the codec wasn’t a “regular” h.264. I needed video and audio and the audio wouldn’t convert for some reason….
Maybe it’s something to do with that? Strange that it worked just fine in Premiere 5.5…

If you don’t have a ton of material I would recommend to convert it to ProRes422.

    I’m having the same issue!

The .wav is AMA-linked and the option”relink to AMA” is greyed out.

    Does anyone know??

Relinking in Avid is always a difficult process….

    Hi,

Maybe you have set the bitrate encoding setting to VBR, 2 pass?

    Hi!

I’m having a archive problem with BRU PE and you, Walter, seem to know a deal about the program.

The thing is that I have a LTO5 tape that I’m tying to archive about 850GB to. The tape should take the whole archival for sure but instead BRU PE asks for an additional tape ! The tape was completely new so this is very strange. Are there some boxes I need to check? I have double-checked the tape in fact is LTO5 so the way I see it there must be some thing I need to do in the BRU PE program….

I apologize if this question interferes with the topic.
