Ok sure, I understand. I know how to export at 8Gb, but still I’m wondering how to compress to a much smaller size keeping it good quality. Any advice?

I need it small-ish for easy sharing. Usually a 120 minute film in ok quality is around 700Mb, so I’d like to match that.
Image can be 720p if that helps or ideally 1080p. Audio doesn’t matter.
What are the export setting you’d recommend? I tired many options and I always get either a huge file or a really low quality result (really low!).
