I’d love to know to. I may have just recorded at PF29.97, thinking it was recording as 29.97P, since the client wanted 30P, and it was the only between 60p and 24p in AVCHD. But now I understand that that PF29.97 was recorded as 60i? So the footage is interlaced and not progressive? Any further information would be useful.

I guess I should have recorded as MP4, which would have given me a true 30P.
