This has got to be a CS6 bug.
I’m experiencing exactly the same thing.

I’ve stripped the audio track, make copies in Audition and even GoldWave and put them back… no joy.

Adoughby needs to fix this.

Not even close.
Heck, Bluff is closer to Animator than PS is, and it’s not very…!
