Seeing as I can’t fire everyone and higher better on/off stage talent, does anyone have any useful equipment suggestions.

We have a pro tools hd|2 rig for mixing and have been doing all of that to the best of our abilities, I admit that we are inexperienced and it could be that we just aren’t processing it right. However, I also know that 8 channels of preamp for $800 probably isn’t giving us the best quality sound to work with. Basically we want to eliminate any problems caused by our equipment while we continue to learn how to produce a better mix.
