Adobe likes to update it’s layout and functioning every so often – and it can be very frustrating if you “didn’t get the memo”. In this case, you lost likely need to activate your Source Patching For Inserts And Overwrites. If this is not active (highlighted) it will not drag audio in with your video, and vise versa.
