Since Audition & Sound Booth are not supported by AJA’s AISO drivers
it make getting VO’s done a pain in the *** !!!!For your case I would burn a DVD of the video and use an external player & monitor for the speaker to watch while recording only audio
in Premier CS5. Then do a simple match up in editing.Just my thought.

I haven’t seen these films. I can imagine half of them are of Great Grandmother’s Shoes or the ceiling with a case of the photographer’s shaky, palsy video. They just want to see what’s on the film. Broadcast quality is not needed. They are just home movies… I said, “Let’s just project them and shoot them with our broadcast cameras.”
The fact that he frightens everyone…he should consider what we do with our clients…backup, backup, backup to different formats. -

November 12, 2009 at 5:36 pm in reply to: importing several EX3-Clips into After Effects CS4 at onceI find my EX3 .mp4 file work just fine in AE CS4. Importing is a pain
as I import the all the folder’s then pic out the files from the folders. Then I delete all the folder that don’t have anything in them.
Hope there will be a beter way next upgrade.EX3 file have worked great for me. I’ve done alot of Spots this
way. -

August 28, 2009 at 2:03 am in reply to: Premiere Pro CS4 crashes with Xena LH and HD materialThe 1700 has some problems with driver’s in alot of plugins
like MB Looks. I’m very unhappy. Plus my ASIO driver’s don’t work in anything but Premiere. No in any other audio programs for input only
output. Now my older Xena SD card could do that. The Good coders have left the building.Ryan

August 27, 2009 at 5:30 pm in reply to: Premiere Pro CS4 crashes with Xena LH and HD materialHell, I had to roll back to Win XP 64, CS3, 3.5 Xena drivers to
get a 2 hour show going in Premiere. I think something is very wrong with the Xena drivers in CS4. BTW AE works fine under CS4 but anything
long format in Premiere is crapola ! ( It might be my FX1700 but, I
tried all the drivers ). CS3 is working well.Ryan Johnson
