Please read my response to Micheal in which explain why I want to do this. If you have any suggestions, I would be very happy to hear them.

BTW do you mean: Creating Motion Graphics with After Effects?
Is that book detailed on those issues?

It is probably a big shame on me, but I have actually been working with AE for a few years now, learning things as I work on jobs, never really had much time to read a book on it. It wasn’t even my intention to do motion graphics. It’s just that they keep asking me 🙂
Enjoying it quite a bit though,… mostly.

We are making a big size video that will be shown by combining 3 HD projectors to generate an image of 6604 by 1080 (though some pixels in between the screens will not be visible). I am still sending test files to the guy that does the projection, but we will likely decide on either showing a full res video or a half res one and scale it up with the projection software on the fly. We shot the footage in HD, and some shots will be scaled up to cover multiple screens. I wanted to know in case we would go for the 50% version.

If I would make the 50% version first, then I would be scaling many shots down. Also the client insist that I make the “100% quality” version first.

Any thoughts?
