Thanks for replying, i’ve done the following:

1. Enable disc cache, with max. disc cache size of 150gb, and the location as C/Users/username/appdata/local/temp

2. RAM for AE is set to 28.3GB, leaving 3GB reserved for other applications.

3. AE Multiprocessing – I’ve checked the box which says “Render multiple frames simultaneously”. The box called “Only for render queue, not for RAM” remains unchecked.

CPUs reserved for other applications: 1
RAM allocation per background CPU: 2GB
Actual CPUs that will be used: 7
