Hello Mitch,
We do not give out the addresses of our leaders, especially not for private follow-up. Like you, they have jobs and what time they volunteer here is appreciated greatly.
Calling people (which some have done) and sending private emails is something we have never encouraged (because we have had leaders who took care of all the private emails they received, until they were so buried with it all that they no longer wanted to help people because it all became so intrusive).
If you have a question about a step, please ask on the forums. You are not likely the only one with the question. If you ask, both the question and the answer will become a part of the massive database that our search engine can then present to those who search later.

Hello Archie,
No, we have no plans to develop for Tapatalk. That may change but as of today, we have nothing on the plate in regards to Tapatalk.
Our system does not work like some of the systems they support and we have our own plans for bringing our forums to iPhone and Droid users.
Stay tuned, we have many projects being worked on concurrently and we are rolling out a couple more new things very shortly. (The last one was the rebuild of the Job Center and the Services Offered directory.)

We’ll offer our members the best percentages in the industry. It’s something that we have been working on for over a year now and we will shortly be beta testing it.
We’ve been alpha testing it in-house and the live trial should be going public in the next couple of weeks.
I think people will like it. We have a bunch of upgrades to do to the design and layout of the pages but the mechanics are proving solid and so we’ve begun working on the design. It should be done in the next couple of weeks and then it joins our new Career Center/Jobs Section/Services Offered directory as the newest member of the Creative COW site.
We hope the members find it useful.

Your comments are purely speculative and downright FALSE.
There is post after post on this very forum where you not only tell people what they should buy, but you offer to sell it to them and ask them directly, “would you like to order one?” We haven’t stopped you.
So you can either apologize or you can now go into permanent moderation to insure that you do not stretch the bounds of propriety here ever again…your call.

We tried this kind of solution, David, and it doesn’t work.
The one we have engineered which goes live in the site redesign that we’ve been working on, will be invisible to users, will make all the community one forum for each topic/software tool, and will lose the newbie moniker altogether.
It has taken us years to test ideas and come up with solutions to this issue, and we think that we have finally found the way that will work.
We’ve tried to solve this issue many different ways in the past — even launching a completely new site to handle newer users — and none of them worked because they quarantined and compartmentalized users. The way we have engineered for the future will not require anyone to wear the Red “N” and so the whole idea of newbies should become a non-issue in the COW in the days ahead.

Wait until you see what is coming next, Jason. We’ve been up to a lot of new things and we are rolling them out one by one. The new Career Center/Job Board/Services Offered section has been a real hit and people are all over that thing. The Creative COW Stockyard is being beta tested now and will very soon be live. And then there’s the…and the…

That is because we have multiple moderators, Jason, and THEY watched it. ;o)
Googlebots are told NOT to catalog private videos. They do not show up in our site. They only show up wherever you put them and to whom you show them.
They are intended to be for your use, not for the COW’s use or for Google’s.
