If the movie contains “more than 1” video description table it AMA link with wrong parametrs and play with lag. See in the pic video- PRO RES HQ is wrong- must be “apple prores hq 1080”. The way is edit the header of the file if your need to AMA link it. The files fast imported normally (takes some times to copy file in AvidMediaFiles folder. But AMA is preffered.

The files come from somebody who made it in FINALCUT. Some files are AMA-link perfectly. Some with this error. Its not bad metadada- files play in QT player, link -import in FINALCUT/ ADOBE PREMIERE/DAVINCI but not link in AVID. Only “fast import” to native QT PRORES HQ in 8.4.4 MC. I delete the audio and TC track from file and error stil in video/ I locate it in 15 frames QT mov file now and see in atombox viewer. ( in picture there 3 same entries what avid dont like but if it may be 1 avid linked it)
