Thank you. The framerate is okay. As far as I know the problem was that the camera was set to shutter off but visually it does seems like a high shutter speed.

There are moments in low lights and moments with ok lighting (indoors). The motion blur seems ok when you look frame by frame. It just doesn’t feel like a smooth flow of the motion, especially when there are big and fast movements.
I’m now going to try to reduce the speed to something like 25% in Motion using optical flow and then render again with 400% speed.
