I guess my next obvious question would be where to find a good post production supervisor? I have no idea what they cost or how they charge (flat vs. hourly). Also, is it usually a one time consultation deal to get us up running and then once more when we’re ready to online? We would prefer to work with someone relatively local. We are located up in Ojai, CA, which is a decent drive from Los Angeles. Any suggestions?

I appreciate the feedback. I absolutely agree that we need to hire a post supervisor…unfortunately the client doesn’t want to spend ANY money. The client wants us to do everything in house, which would mean (among other things) renting storage, decks, etc. My main goal for posting on this forum is to gather enough information about the workflow process to then be able to go back and explain why it is or isn’t feasible to do in house.
