    Walter, thank you being able to understand what I am trying to do.

    I appreciate it, here’s the problem though, I need to upload it to Vimeo or Youtube which can only accept 29.97 or 30 fps, any ideas?

    Thanks this really points me in the right direction!

    Do you know if there is a plugin, besides trapcode, that I could use to help me speed up the process?

    Also what Fractal Type and Noise Type would you suggest using to get that effect?
