If you both have the original files (if you are using plugins you both have to have them as well) then you can literally just email the project back and forth to each other and all the changes you guys make will come up with the project. The first time you do it you are going to have manually locate all the files used in the project but from there on out you are good. You just have to make sure each editing bay has all the original files and its important to keep track what project you are editing off of. It get’s a little confusing after emailing projects back and forth for awhile. Hope any of that helped!

Thank you for the response. I was thinking the same thing in regards to the clouds! So it’s good to know I’m learning and on the right path.

As for the text though, this is the real trick I would love to know how to do. I have purchased the Element 3D plugin for AE but I don’t know to to makle the text move smoothly along a stright line at angles congruent with the image so that it really appears fixed in the video. The clouds covering over it are awesome!

And yes, Brain Farm has some stunning imagery indeed. I work with Red Bull and want to be able to compete with this company and their talented staff.
