Thank you for the answer, unfortunaly I do not belong to cineversity, yes I realize ratio of complexity of the project to my experience is quite unbalanced, but i would like to try my best all the same, I would appreciate if you could tell me the keywords I’m looking should I search for a tutorial.

What is what i want to do called? Is it a remodel? A re-rig? Changing bones on a key based animation with xx joints? My greatest problem is that i do not know the terms that describe what i want to achieve.
