What is the best PAL render for the Internet please? I also have enormous difficulty getting softwares to upload files, I often have to save a project as a file then manually upload to host sites.

Can’t see my original post here so am a bit in the dark.

The avi option was greyed out because it is a drop-down but it doesn’t tell you that. By trial and error (basically mouse-bashing) I got the drop-down menu to drop where it gives you the detailed avi options which are not greyed out ☺

Filters are okay at the moment – have used brightness and colour correction plus a 3rd party deflicker demo filter – all have rendered alright so far.

My source is captured home-movie cine, it is also experimental footage, not straight regular visuals.

How do I select 3:4 ratio in Vegas please, I use old cine cameras with original lenses so it’s all 3:4 format.
