Hey!! I had this problem and i solved it!!
For me i couldnt get the drop down menu ‘Format’ to drop down. It was stuck on Quicktime.
Eventually i accidentally used two finger scroll and could scroll down to choose the format option I wanted.
This was on a macbook pro
