For over 10 years, I have worked with video editing applications, ranging from Final Cut Pro 7 to Adobe Premiere to Avid Symphony. I have proficient knowledge and experience in these as well as After Effects and Photoshop and in 2014 I became a certified user of Avid Media Composer.

It's not about pushing buttons. Aside from having the technical expertise needed to execute the project, I pride myself as being a passionate storyteller and a consummate professional, always having the producers/directors vision in mind. Over the years I have worn many hats and faced as much challenges in the post-production environment. And I always welcome the opportunity to face new ones.

Projects I have worked on range from broadcast TV spots to corporate communications to award-winning documentaries. And the occasional photo montage for which I am not ashamed to say. Each has offered me a chance to grow and succeed and learn.

In 2006 I graduated from The School of Visual Arts in Manhattan with a BFA degree in Film, Video & Animation. There I studied directing and editing and was exposed to the core aspects of film production and storytelling. I successfully completed five short films, including thesis film, entitled "In The Clearing" which I directed, produced, and edited. "In The Clearing" won the "Human Spirit Award" in the 2006 Dusty Film Festival and was nominated for "Best Editing".

In 2007 I began working for a Stamford, CT-based video and corporate communications production company. There I further developed key editorial and motion-graphics design skills.

In 2014 I became a freelance broadcast/film editor, offering my services to a multitude of companies.
