you need to set first first vertex on the starting path and on the ending path so that they are relatively in the same position. right click sett first vertex. how does it look now

red is what it has not tracked. if you change the mask at any time, mocha will try to auto compensate to match so just let it track everything then go in anc change and retrack if needed. also make sure your layer duration does not extend the area you want to track

i think if you just increase your stroke size you can fix it pretty easily and it will still look nice…you could also increase the stroke to a even bigger number and just use that as a luma matte for your actual layer. Now your psd. check to see if its in rgb ..or you know what just export a few pngs of your layers..they have alpha channels and will be easy to use and will get rid of your strange “missing” files

if you want an perfectly clean blocks you could probably use the grid effect and use a blurry fractal as a luma so that colorama will work

i did a quick test and if you increase sub scaling it should help with most of the edges…still a few but i doubt anyone will notice…I also was able to clean it up just a little bit more by playing with the contrast and brightness
