  • So Sorry Daniel!
Thats what I get for editing a segment, chatting on FaceBook, eating lunch and responding to these forums at the same time!

    hehehe.

    Anyway…. Daniel, Great idea!

  • Adding a little “noise” as Terry suggests is what solves this same problem for us when we encounter “banding”. It is a trade off but people will accept a little “grain” before they will accept this banding.

    Hey Steve,
I liked this. Nice work! and yes, this is one case where being a snake has it’s perks!
Steve, The only thing that jumped out at me a little is this; In the middle section, when she is talking about all that she is doing, Hank Jr. is singin’ in the background and it was a little distracting and taking away from what she was saying. Wondering if some creative audio editing here would work. (as long as you had Hanks permission, of course) Maybe while she is talking, edit in a section of the song with out VOX and when she is on screen and we are looking at her but she is NOT talking let Hank wail, as he does so well.

Just a thought. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Nick, and everyone that had good advice…. I have now removed all videos and will just move forward from here. Its all Good! BUT, I have thought that I might have a couple of “special” links (not embeds but just hyperlinks) to my work on his web site that will go directly to him, just explaining my roll on my page. Sound too weird?

Hey, anybody else headed for the North West Emmy Awards Banquet May 30th? Thinking about buying a table for 10.

    Thanks All!

Thank you all for your responses. I sincerely appreciate your input. You have confirmed what I had suspected and I guess I am OK with it. I mean, sometimes you have to live, learn and move on. I am doing 3 projects currently (one Pro bono for a non profit) and soon I will have plenty of my work that I OWN and then there will be no question.

Thanks again and i hope to get to know many of you over the next few months as I become more active in the Cow community. If you want to see my work you can go to https://www.vimeo.com/ifilmalaska/videos

…..but do it quick as I will most likely take it all down Monday if I cannot get permission to keep it up.

    Moooooo

    Rich
