I have encoded approx. 2000 streaming Flash, WMV, and Quicktime files. I'm using real time encoders from Viewcast called GoStream that can output Win, Quicktime, and H.264. I also use Sorenson Squeeze, the Adobe Media Encoder, and Camtasia Studio 6.
