[Replay! Video]

Yes these dvds are going to be used for regular dvd players, not computers. I do not have any codec or burning programs except for the stock progs that came with Vista. Now I have a codec reader to be able to see some of these videos in WMP, but no kind of codec program to shrink the video. Here are some of the resources I have avaliable:
