I found my answer in the manual! I was frustrated and thought I tried everything, except looking in the manual! Thanks for the speedy response though!!

Export Quicktime movie -> then click Settings -> scroll down to custom-> use animation codec as compressor -> click advanced -> then million+ colors. I just had to do this today and it worked!
