  • OK, I attempted this and it wont let me change the frame rate to 15 fps and there doesnt seem to be an option for avi format. . It is telling me the frame rate change will be ignored and to change it in the editing timesbase menu. The editing timebase menu does not give me an option for 15fps.

So when i set up my sequence, I go to the Audio/Video Settings, then change all my stuff in sequence presets coorrect and i am editing the preset for DVNTSC 48k, making a copy and inputting my prefs according to my camera which was shot at 320×240 at 15fps and captured as an avi. data rate of 324.9 (i dont see an option in this menu for a data rate). What am i doing wrong?

Thank you so much. I formatted the drive extended, whereas before (when i first had problems transferring media) it was that mac and pc thing that you mentioned. i remember opening up the imfo window on the drive and it said something about mac and pc. and then the second time it was mac os extended journaled. lets hope third times a charm! So thanks again for the info.
