    Thank for the help……. It’s a shame that they did away with DVD SP. Unfortunately, I only have my 2016 MacBook Pro. The search is on…….. Thanks again. Ray ????????

    I was all in on purchaasing Toast 18 Pro but, I thought I better look at some reviews. Currently there seems to be 32bit and 64bit issues in regards to reliability. One thing that turned me off is when you go to check out they have a couple options for you such as;

    At $120.00 I.M.O. this is nothing more than greedy………….. I’ve never come across a company that wants to charge you to retrieve a purchased code. Thanks again for trying to help me out, I sincerely appreciate it. Ray

    Thanks fpr the help…….. FCPX would be fine but, I also need stable CD software. I do a combination of video editing and DJ work therefore, I would like something that handles both well. I used to have DVD Architect years ago which I ran Sony Vegas Pro 11 with…….. now gone. It’s unbelievable that there’s quite a few people that have problems with Roxio Toast software. I would have thought that they had it together since they have been around a long, long time. I can and have burned CD’s using iTunes but, I would still like something better than that for burning. Thanks, Ray

    Thanks for the great info. I don’t have Adobe After Effects, it does look like it would accomplish what I’m after. It does appear to be pretty intensive and I’m wondering if Apple Motion would do close to the same. I’ll dig into this a some more. Thanks again for giving me another alternative, very much appreciated. Ray ????????

    Thank you for the video. Looks like another option to the others. It appears that there isn’t very good control for shapping a route precisely to the roads curves, etc. Thanks again, I appreciate you taking the time in showing me this other program. Happy Holidays to you and yours. Ray ????????

    Thanks Brad, You didn’t steer me wrong in any way. FCPX Maps 1.1 appeared to be a great animator for what I wanted to do. It just turned out to be a poor program that PFS admitted to needing an update. PFS still has this animator on their web site therefore, I’m staying away from them all together. Motion and Davinci are both solid programs in which I’ll move on to for sure. Thanks again and I appreciate your moral attitude. Have a great upcoming Christmas to you and yours. Ray ????????

    Thank you Brad,
    I looked Flyers over and contacted Mark Spencer by email. Mark replied that the plugin will not do precise tracking on a road map but, he indicated that Apple Motion will do the job as you stated earlier in this post. Both you and Steve Martin are pointing to Motion which certainly would do the job. I was just hoping that a specific plugin would cut time in half for editing. I’d like to add, there hasn’t been an update from PFS FCPX Maps 1.1 yet. Thank you for the link and keeping me informed of alternate possibilities. I sincerely appreciate it. Ray ????????

    Thank you Joe,
    You’re comments look to be spot on……. I’ll probably leave the aspect ratio as is due to not wanting to cause quality issues. As you know, 720 x 480 isn’t the best for manipulating. On the flip side, deinterlacing made quite a noticable difference. I’m going to go with Prores 422. Now, I just need to make some external HD space for it. Thanks again for all your help and putting me on the right track. Ray ????????
