What if it actually is the end of tape and I get the same message?

Wow. This is a nightmare. I’m having the problem now and my project needs to be done in 2 days and it was completed!! When you batch capture should you do 1 clip at a time or highlight them all and try to batch each clip all together? I am trying this now with 1 clip but am I supposed to press ESC or will the computer/camera stop at the end of the timecode for the 1st clip? Please help!!!
