    Like you, I’m on this forum looking for answers, although to different issues. You know what they said, you gotta give a little to get a little. So here goes.

    You don’t have to create multiple projects. You can create folders, called ‘bins’ inside your main project. With these you can organize your media assets, sequences, etc, any way you like for your workflow. You can create multiple sequences within one project, and you can place sequences inside other sequences (called nesting). So look up nested sequences. This may be a workflow that suits you.

    You don’t mention whether your footage is all shot at the same resolution or framerate, but that would also be a consideration when editing it together, and it would be the first thing I would work on.

    Color correction could happen towards the end of the edit process, when you have put your footage together in a way that makes sense for your movie. Its adding finish to the main structure.
