So after a bit of testing, it seems like the files can’t be too far away from each other. I pulled the duplicate bins (full of the same files) into the same bin and then PProd was able to consolidate them. Hope this helps

I am having the same problem. Neither solution is working. Both clips are associated to the same source file in the finder, yet somehow PProd doesn’t see them as being a duplicate… Any ideas?
